Additional Annual Meeting Information - Attending the Meeting in Person:
Stockholders planning to attend the Annual Meeting in person must contact our Investor Relations Department at (650) 432-7644 by January 24, 2014 to reserve a seat at the Annual Meeting. If you need assistance at the Annual Meeting because of a disability, please call us at (650) 432-7644, at least two weeks in advance of the meeting.
Individuals who own their Class A common stock in "street name" must also bring with them to the Annual Meeting a legal proxy, brokerage statement or written proof of ownership from the broker or other nominee holding their shares showing ownership of the shares as of the close of business on the Record Date (December 3, 2013). Representatives of institutional stockholders must bring a legal proxy or other proof that they are representatives of a firm that held the shares as of the close of business on the Record Date and are authorized to vote on behalf of the institution as of the Record Date.
Due to physical space constraints at the Annual Meeting location, anyone seeking admittance who cannot prove ownership or representation as of the Record Date, and has not reserved his or her seat in advance, may not be admitted. In addition, you must also bring with you a form of government issued photo identification, such as a driver's license, state-issued identification card, or passport to gain entry to the Annual Meeting. Please note that the doors to the meeting room will not open until 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
We encourage you to access and review all of the important information contained in the proxy statement before voting.
You are a "beneficial owner" if you hold your shares through a broker or other nominee and not in your name. Being a beneficial owner means that, like most of our stockholders, your shares are held in "street name".
Stockholders of Record:
You are a stockholder of record if you hold your shares in your own name with our transfer agent, Wells Fargo Shareowner Services.
